ANNUAL PTA/PTSA REFLECTIONS ART RECOGNITION PROGRAM
It's that time of year again! Students in all grades are invited to create a work of art for our annual Reflections, which is a National PTA art recognition program. All students are encouraged to participate and those who do will be recognized with a commemorative ribbon and certificate! Save January 14, 2026, for a Reflections art show and celebration with family and friends!
Artwork is evaluated based on interpreting the theme “I Belong” and artistic execution. Students with exemplary entries will continue to the Michigan PTA Reflections program and be recognized at the state level!
Artwork categories are:
Dance Choreography
Film Production
Literature
Music Composition
Photography
Visual Arts
Step 1. Download and fill in the Entry Form including artist's statement. Print the form and sign it (student and adult).
Step 2. Label artwork on the back only with the student's name. The student's name must not appear in the art itself.
Step 3. Consent Form If your entry (regardless of category) contains an image of another person or another person performed in your music, dance, or film entry, you need to submit a consent form from that other person. Click on this link for a consent form...

Founder's Day is a National PTA event in which PTA's and PTSA's across the nation celebrate the founding of the Parent Teacher Association on February 21, 1897. The Allen Park PTA/PTSA observes the day by recognizing parents, teachers, students, staff, local businesses and community members for their accomplishments, service, and efforts to support the mission and vision of the PTA.
NOMINATIONS ARE BEING ACCEPTED NOW THROUGH JANUARY 24TH, 2026 AT 11:59PM!
Allen Park is full of amazing people, programs, and businesses and we want to recognize them at our annual Founder's Day Awards Banquet! Submit your nominations for the following categories today!

All nominations must be submitted via the online forms by Saturday, January 24th at 11:59 pm. Anyone can submit a nomination and you do not need to be a PTA/PTSA member to be nominated. PTA/PTSA members will then cast their votes at their February PTA meeting (February 5, 2026). MUST BE A PTA/PTSA MEMBER TO CAST YOUR VOTE!

We have Themed Skate Nights complete with special appearances by the kiddos favorite characters!! Family skate nights are always a fantastic time at United Skates, you can't beat the discounted prices and the opportunity to support the Arno PTA!

In partnership with Rev'd Up Fun, we host a couple of Family Fun Nights at Rev'd Up Fun, with discounted wristbands and the Games to Give program, which gives the Arno PTA money back from every game card sold! Family fun nights are always a load of fun at Rev'd Up, you can't beat the discounted prices and the opportunity to support the Arno PTA!

The Arno PTA is proud to be able to participate in the Detroit Tigers Ticket Program, which provides us with free Detroit Tigers tickets for our members! The Arno PTA's participation in this program depends on you, the more tickets we use, the more we can get! If you receive Detroit Tigers tickets through our program, please make sure to utilize your tickets or we risk expulsion from the program. If you receive tickets from the PTA and you are unable to use them, please contact us as soon as possible so we can pass them along to another family!
