Tigers Practice Schedule

Safety – Please remind your gymnast to wait inside the building if they are waiting to be picked up after practice.  We do not want gymnasts sitting outside on the benches alone at night.

Coach Contact during Practice – If you are running late our need to get in touch with a coach during practice in case of emergency, it is best to call the front desk (703-228-0701) and ask them to walk the message down to the gymnastics room.
