Arlington Gymnastics Survey - 2013

Parents,

The Arlington County Sports Division of the Department of Parks and Recreation would like to ask for your assistance in evaluating the competitive gymnastics team program. Please take a few minutes to complete a survey that looks at customer service, facilities, and more. Your responses to this survey will help the Sports & Recreation Division to improve our services. Responses are anonymous, unless you would like the staff to contact you for follow-up discussions, and will be kept confidential. The survey takes only about five minutes to complete.

Please select the group your athlete was in for the 2013 season. If you have more than one child in the program then please use a second email address to complete the survey.
