About me
I am the Open Science and Research Collaboration Specialist in the Research Department at the Child Mind Institute. I lead neuroscience and mental health data sharing initiatives, manage open science projects, and drive cross-functional collaboration between clinical and research teams, product and technical groups, and other key stakeholders.
I am a Research Affiliate in the Department of Psychology at New York University (New York, USA), where I was a Postdoctoral Researcher (Poeppel Lab) between 2019 and 2023. I investigate how the human brain processes language and music.
I strive to foster links between scientists and communities. I was the 2023 Director of Symbiosis, an initiative where scientists and artists collaboratively produce innovative short films. I am the current President of BraiNY, an organization dedicated to making brain sciences accessible to a broader community. I am a Resident Scholar at the SAi Resident Collective, where I research the space between science and art. I make science-inspired short films with Yashaswini Raghunandan.
