Scarecrow Trail Event SponsorEvent Sponsor: $250.00 “Events” at the Festival may include, but are not limited to events/activities that the APL will purchase or pay for including: purchase of craft items for the kid’s craft table, and/or purchase of games and kid’s small prizes at game tables. As an Event sponsor your $250 donation will provide you with the following: Sponsor identification: Logo/name placement on the event sponsors banner and inclusion in social media posts for event activities; and Booth and product/service placement at the event: One 10’x10’ space to sell or give-away your product or service. [The APL will also consider “in-kind” donations that meet Festival needs in lieu of $250. For example: if your business rents an inflatable directly, or your business directly donates craft items/service needed for the event, or your business provides $250 worth of face-painting at the event. Please reach out to discuss your ideas and offers for sponsorship.]

Scarecrow Trail Vendor TableVendor table: $50.00 Vendors at the Fall Festival are provided with a 10’ x 10’ space. Tables and chairs are not provided by the library and should be provided by the vendor. Water and electricity are not provided. Vendors are asked to complete set-up for the event at least one hour prior to the start of the event and have someone at their table during the entire event. Vendors are responsible for clean-up around their space and to return the space as they found it immediately following the event. Vendors will indicate if they are: “information only”, “direct sale” (a seller of Avon, DoTerra, etc.), "food" (not a food truck), or “local business/personal sale”. We can only have one “direct sale” vendor of each type of product. There is no fee if your “vendor space” is information only and provides nothing for sale. Vendor names/logos will be included in “vendor advertisement” created by the library.

Scarecrow Trail : Create a ScarecrowCreate a Scarecrow: $40.00 Individuals, families, organizations, and businesses can apply to post a scarecrow on the Walking Trail of John Barnes Park. The scarecrows will be featured on social media and judged by the community on social media and at the Fall Festival. Winners will be announced at the Fall Festival on October 25, 2025, at 5:00pm. At least one representative from each scarecrow submission must be present at the time of award announcements in order to win. See the Marketing Packet for Scarecrow Guidelines. **Scarecrow Registration and payment must be submitted by 5pm on Friday, September 19th, 2025 **
