I am so honored to receive this scholarship from the Allen Park PTSA! Having financial support from this organization has made attending an accomplished university possible. With the scholarship I received, I will be attending Cedarville University in the fall. There, I will be earning my major in Language Arts Education so that I can become a teacher! I cannot fully express how excited I am to pursue my career and lifestyle goals. Thank you so much for making my education possible!

My parents went to college while I was young, so I planned to go to college from a young age.  Our family struggled financially in the 2008 recession.  The PTSA scholarship was the first of the many scholarships that I applied for.  It enabled me to attend not just college but to go the university I wanted. I am, and will always be grateful for the PTSA and their generosity

 The PTSA scholarship fund has helped me tremendously for helping aid my tuition. This scholarship has taken some weight off of me financially. People should consider donating to the scholarship fund so the class of 2021 can receive college scholarships and help them financially, like it did for me.
