Mission
Mission
Our primary aim is to provide free education to the children of migrant workers. For a population long neglected, ApnaSkools adopt the unique concept of taking the school to the children by running education centres at construction sites and brick kilns, thereby introducing the joys and benefits of an educational environment to this socio-economic group. The migrant workers’ children hail from Bihar, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Assam and Uttar Pradesh – areas stricken with extreme poverty that drive landless farmers and labourers into migrant construction work in far-off lands.
