I am a postdoctoral researcher at the Technische Universitat Munchen.
I am affiliated with the chairs of Economics of Innovation and Managerial Economics at the School of Management, and the chair of  Economics at the TUM Straubing campus.  

I earned my PhD (Economics) in 2018 from the University of East Anglia. 
My PhD thesis explores how manipulating interface components, procedural details, and group identities affect behavior in contests.
Further research interests include sunk cost bias, leadership, and motivation.
