And it came to pass that I, Nephi, said unto my father: I will go and do the things which the Lord hath commanded, for I know that the Lord giveth no commandments unto the children of men, save he shall prepare a way for them that they may accomplish the thing which he commandeth them. (1 Nephi 3:7)
Young Women camp, 2020 (formerly known as Girls Camp) will be a place where the Young Women of the Ann Arbor stake can gather together, separate from wordly influences, feel the Spirit of the Lord, grow in unity and love, and strengthen their faith and testimonies of Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ.
The Young Women will learn spiritual and temporal skills that will open doors of possibilities to them, and that will enable them to go out into the world and be a strength to others.
Come join us so that, like Nephi, we will be able to trust in the Lord that we can do whatever he asks of us!
Important Dates:
- Saturday, March 21, 10:00-noon, Saline Stake Center: YCL meeting (all YCLs invited)
- Sunday, March 22, 6:00 p.m., Saline Stake Center (before Youth Devotional): meeting with ward camp directors
- Sunday, May 31: Deadline for registration and moneys
- Sunday, June 14: Camp Kick-OFf Night (collect any last paperwork)
- July 6-10: CAMP!
