Anna Heath is a contributor to two R packages.

  • EVSI

EVSI is an R package designed to calculate the Expected Value of Sample Information (EVSI) from Bayesian health economic model which summarises the currently available evidence for a specific health condition. The EVSI calculates the economic value of collecting additional evidence to improve the decision making.

The EVSI package can be downloaded from GitHub.

Example code for the EVSI package can be found on GitHub. Some of these models require additional files which can be found here.

  • BCEA

BCEA is an R package designed to post-process the result of a Bayesian health economic evaluation. For more information, see this dedicated webpage. Or download it from GitHub.
