Profile

I am a Bio-statistician at SickKids hospital in Toronto within the Child Health Evaluative Sciences (CHES) program, an assistant professor at the University of Toronto in the Dalla Lana School of Public Health and an honorary research fellow at University College London in the Department of Statistical Science. I am currently working on a project developing methodological innovations in Pediatric clinical trials.

In 2018, I completed my Ph.D in Statistics at University College London under the supervision of Gianluca Baio and Ioanna Manolopoulou.

In 2014, I graduated from the University of Sheffield with an MMath in Mathematics with French Language, with an ERASMUS year spent at ENSAI in Rennes, France.

Research Interests

My main research interest is the application of health economic ideas to the conception, design and analysis of clinical trials. The key idea underpinning this analysis is the concept of the Value of Information whereby we can quantify the economic value of obtaining information through research.

Value of Information methods require a broad range of research interests including Bayesian decision analysis, health economic modelling, Bayesian expert elicitation, utility theory, meta analysis, Bayesian computation methods and clinical trial design. I am a member of the ConVOI group who focus on improving the practical application of Value of Information methods.
