Each student will be given the name of a drug. Corresponding data on annual adverse event report count (ADR) will have to be copied from www.vigiaccess.org Following steps are to be implemented.

• 1. plot cumulative count against year

  2. Fit linear and exponential regression models to these data

  3. Examine plots of residuals

  4. Results will be discussed in class to arrive at the safety ranking of drugs
