All accommodation is offered subject to availability at time of receipt of deposit, and at tariffs applicable according to season.
Meal times are pre-arranged and no allowance can be made for meals not taken. Evening meals are served at 5.pm .
Rooms must be vacated by 10.00am on day of departure.
The proprietors cannot accept responsibility for loss of guests property, unless handed in for safe custody.
All accounts must be paid before departure, and cheques will only be accepted if prior arrangements have been made with the proprietors, to allow for banking clearance.
In the event of cancellation or curtailment, should the accommodation not be re-let, the person whose signature appears on the booking form will be liable to pay for the cost as per the reservation, less an allowance for food and service. Deposits are not refundable but will be deductible from any claim for compensation arising out of any cancellation or curtailment of the contract. In the event of a early check out, before the booking matures no refund will be offered.
All bookings over £300.00 must be settled in full, two weeks before arrival.
If the deposit has been paid using a credit card authorised account number, then any payment due, owing to cancellation, will also be made on this same account, by the proprietors.
The proprietors reserve the right to amend, curtail or terminate any contract should the conduct of any person who is part to that contract cause any detriment to the well being or comfort of other guests.
Group Bonds group bonds may be asked for by the hotel management and are refundable if no damage, or excessive noise or nuisance is not caused by any member of that group.
We have implemented a no smoking rule within the Guest House to coincide with new legislation from July 1st 2007, which gives a more safety conscious approach to our Guest House.
When booking your holiday you are entering into a legally binding contract and it is recommended that you take out holiday insurance cover.
