Philosophy
To identify a learner’s learning style and tailor learning methods to meet their needs.
To provide positive feedback and constructive criticism.
To encourage the use of a wide range of skills and techniques.
To track progress and identify where further focus is required.
I believe this is crucial to maintain an atmosphere of development, growth, and discovery.
