I am the current mentor for the Heidelberg node of the BMST program, I supervise students from universities of the 4EU+ alliance in working on a project of similar scope to a Bachelor thesis. This involves coordinating students from Heidelberg who wished to join projects from other universities, and directing international students in the project for the Heidelberg node.
The topics for the Heidelberg node in 2025 are Dirichlet's theorem on primes in arithmetic progressions and quadratic reciprocity. The activity takes place with 10 online lectures/talks and two in-person seminar days in Heidelberg.
Below is the program for the in-person activity in Heidelberg.
All talks take place in Room SR12, 5th floor of Mathematikon.
