Pei-Chi Chen is the Ph.D. of Department of Business Management at National Sun Yat-Sen University, Taiwan. Her primary research focuses on consumer behaviors, marketing strategy, service management, emotions in service encounters, and brand management. Her work has been published in Journal of Marketing Management, Journal of Services Management, Journal of Advertising Research, International Journal of Advertising, Psychology & Marketing, Journal of Business Research and other outlets.

陳珮綺博士畢業於國立中山大學企業管理學系。主要研究領域為消費者行為、行銷策略、服務管理、廣告心理品牌管理,以及一般管理。目前有數篇研究發表於Journal of Marketing Management, Journal of Services ManagementJournal of Advertising Research, International Journal of Advertising, Psychology & Marketing, 與 Journal of Business Research 等國際期刊。
