Visa Information

Those of the AMoRE meeting participants who need a visa to enter the Russian Federation should apply to the Consular Division of the Russian Embassy in a corresponding country.

You will likely need to present your Visa Letter of Invitation. The Invitation Letters are provided upon request. Please fill in the form (Invitation_PersonalData) and email it to the attn. of Svetlana Spiridonova. An electronic version of the letter will be sent via email followed by an original copy by post (if required).

Some visa applications require additional administrative processing, which takes some additional time. We encourage you to apply for your visa well in advance of your travel!
