美國佛羅里達大學 (University of Florida，公立常春藤院校) 博士。現為臺南大學經營與管理學系專任教授。陳教授長期投入專案管理、供應鏈管理、公司治理與財務、績效管理等相關研究。在南大教授專案管理、財務管理、創業財務、統計方法與資料分析等課程。榮獲「科技部大專校院獎勵特殊優秀人才」傑出人員獎 (105年度)、優良人員獎 (106年度) 、傑出人員獎 (107年度)、優良人員獎 (108年度)、傑出人員獎 (109年度) 、傑出人員獎 (111年度)及優良人員獎 (112年度)。現擔任國際期刊 International Journal of Project Management (SSCI, top 5.31% in Management ) 編輯委員，及十餘國際期刊之審查委員，發表超過50篇的論文。
