Free, open source office suite:
Just download and install it. It is better than Microsoft Office. Can read any file format written in any Microsoft Office suite including the .docx , .xlsx etc. files written in MS Office 2007 and 2010. It can also make .pdf files. Can save files in any format. Shortcut keys are a little more difficult to make.
