I am a licensed psychologist (2005) with a bachelor degree (2004) from the Institute of Psychology of Federal University of Uberlândia. I have a master and a PhD degrees in Social Psychology from the Institute of Psychology of the University of Brasília (UnB), with Luiz Pasquali and Jacob Laros as advisors. Between 2013 and 2015, I participate as a fellow on the Strategic Data Project of the Center for Education Policy Research, Harvard University. Since 2018 I'm a professor at the Federal University of Mato Grosso do Sul (UFMS), Brazil. Previously, from 2009 to 2018, I worked as a researcher on educational assessment and information at the National Institute for Educational Studies and Research (Inep), a special agency linked to the Ministry of Education of Brazil. Before that, I worked as a psychologist at the Ministry of Social Development of Brazil between the years of 2006 and 2009, and as a voluntary clinical psychologist (cognitive-behaviour therapy) at the UnB's Centre for Psychological Care and Study (CAEP). Sou Licenciado e Bacharel em Psicologia (2004) e Psicólogo (2005) pelo Instituto de Psicologia da Universidade Federal de Uberlândia (UFU), Minas Gerais. Sou Mestre e Doutor em Psicologia Social, do Trabalho e das Organizações pelo Instituto de Psicologia da Universidade de Brasília (UnB), sob orientação dos professores Luiz Pasquali e Jacob Laros, respectivamente. Participei como aluno (fellow) do Strategic Data Project do Center for Education Policy Research da Universidade de Harvard, Estados Unidos, entre 2013 e 2015. Desde 2018, sou professor adjunto da Universidade Federal de Mato Grosso do Sul (UFMS). Entre 2009 e 2018 atuei como pesquisador-tecnologista em informações e avaliações educacionais no Instituto Nacional de Pesquisas Educacionais Anísio Teixeira (INEP). Antes disso, trabalhei como psicólogo no Ministério do Desenvolvimento Social (2006-2009) e atuei como psicólogo clínico voluntário no Centro de Atendimento e Estudos Psicológicos (CAEP) da UnB.
