Here at Alamo City Agama we take up most pride in quality and health in our frilled dragons.

Deposits are made on the opportunity to have one of our frilled dragons, if at any time we are unhappy with the quality and health of any offspring we product we will push back orders to the next clutch of same parents or offer other options this means extended times to receive frilled dragons from us. By sending payment or deposits you agree to the terms and conditions here. We often keep in close contact usually replying with in 1-5 business days as we are busy here. You agree by sending payment, to not open paypal claim or disbutes for extended time to ship, by sending payment to alamo city agama. We spend a lot of time offering advice and help to others so much so that we have been taken advantage of in the past. We strive to be perfectionists and that takes time in some cases.

All buyers will have to also show an appropriate set up they will be using for their frilled dragons and understand the pages on this site. I provide info on how to build an enclosure and how to properly heat and light one. i also give enough information on housing females together and what happens when you house males with females. If at any time i feel that the frills will be in bad situation i will let the seller know the arrangement is off and see terms below. If a paypal claim is opened while waiting for filled dragon, this may forfeit your deposit depending on condition and atemps made to contact me. 10 days and 1 attempt is not sufficient, 3 attempts and 20 days may be more acceptable. This protects me from random claims and requests for refunds by paypal as I need to budget any refunds requested that have good reason. you may request refund but it may not be accepted unless you find a different buyer for your hand raised frilled dragon.

HATCHLINGS only (under 4 months of age)

I  am selling captive born and bred Australian X New Guinea Frilled Lizard. I have made my best effort to correctly sex the animal and I believe it to be male/female. It is not possible to be 100% certain of a frilled lizard at this age. As a result, should the animal prove to be otherwise no refund will be provided. they have been sexed by 3 methods, popping, probing, and visual. I do my best to provide every one with what they request.

Shipping

Fedex does not guarantee the safe arrival of animals or provide any form of insurance to cover perishables.

If the animal is delivered on time by Fedex, and there is someone to sign for the animal at the time of delivery, I will guarantee the live arrival of the animal. In the event of loss or delay on the part of Fedex, or if there is no one to take delivery of the animal, the guarantee is void. Any problems with the animal must be reported and photos provided within 2 hours of arrival for the guarantee to be valid. The guarantee will be the shipment of a replacement Frill (when available) with provided proof of issues upon arrival.

for unique frilled dragons who are not being sold from a large clutch, like hold backs, a credit may be held until a new clutch hatches, at that time you will be sent a replacement after the frilled dragon reaches the appropriate age. this is the best i can offer i can not offer refunds on this type of sale.

All sales and deposits are final. No returns or refunds.

Credit Card payments:

A payment, via Credit Card threw SquareUp, can be processed over the phone and i will hold the animal until the entire balance of purchase price plus shipping has reached my account (2-3 business days). the fees of 3% associated with service such as squareUp.com and or paypal will be your responsibility.

PayPal payments:

payments can be sent threw paypal under "instant transfer" from already established paypal users. if you do not have paypal and wish to use paypal it will take 3-5+ days for me to receive funds. if a payment is made threw paypal threw Echeck and you are already an established paypal user it will also take 3-5 business days for me to receive funds. please verify and confirm which  method you are selecting while using paypal. 3% fee will be added for paypal transactions.

Verified Shipping Address:

Shipping address provided by paypal or Squareup must be verified, shipping to an unverified address will not be an option, must verify address with paypal even if this means making an additional payment worth 1$ with verified shipping information attached to payment that is exactly same address as on initial full payment or deposit for frilled dragon to be shipped.

Since the animal is eating hornworms, I will require at least 2 days to put her on a water only diet for her cleanliness in shipping. Shipping will occur on Monday through Wednesday ONLY.
