Aksharbeena has been involved in spreading awareness of sanitary pads among families in few villages to change the taboos and myths associated with Women Menstruation and their hygiene.  Here is the recent activities which organised in the Shahbajganz of Sahjanwa town. Aksharbeena has also distributed free sanitary pads with support of Niine Movement to the girls and womens who attended this session. This activities was covered by the local newspaper by Amar Ujala on 15 Mai 2019 in Gorakhpur edition.
