MONDAY, LABOR DAY CLINIC in Hershey, Pennsylvania with USA National Team player and Guest Coach Jenny Rizzo!
September 7, 2026 AJ's Field Hockey Clinic
at Maximize Training Center's AstroTurf field
3:00 - 4:00 PM FH clinic for High School players with Penn State Harrisburg's Coach AJ and Student-Athletes
4:00 - 5:00 PM FH clinic for MS or Elementary School players with Penn State Harrisburg's Coach AJ and Student-Athletes and guest Coach: USA National Team's Jenny Rizzo
This Labor Day Field Hockey clinic will be held on the blue AstroTurf inside of Maximize Training Center in Hershey, Pennsylvania.
Campers will participate in warm up drills, skill drills, Penalty Corner drills, and game-like drills. Campers will practice basic fundamentals and learn specialty skills that are used by elite hockey players!
Clinic coaches will be AJ Misselhorn, Angie Nelson, Cheyenne Sprecher, and Maggie Kutz (Coaches at Penn State Harrisburg), NCAA Student-Athletes, NCAA Alumni and from 4:00 - 5:00 pm Jenny Rizzo, current USA Women's National Team Goalkeeper, Penn State Alumni, and Hershey HS Alumni.
Date: Monday, September 7, 2026 (Labor Day)
Time: 3:00 - 4:00 pm FH Clinic for HS players and 4:00-5:00 pm FH Clinic for Under 14 years old Girls.
Individual Cost: $32 per camper.
Team Discount: Contact Coach AJ for discounts for teams of more than 10 campers
Location: Maximize Training Center's AstroTurf field

On Site Check in will be from 2:45 - 3:00 pm or 3:45 - 4:00pm inside the Turf area of Maximize Training Center (15 minutes before respective clinic which will begin at 3pm for HS players and 4pm for U14 players)
Campers are responsible for their own transportation and water. Campers must bring their own Field Hockey equipment, reversible white/dark pinnie, stick, shinguards, mouth guard, and filled water bottle.
AJ's FH camps and clinics are open to any and all entrants and are only limited by number, age, grade level and/or gender in accordance with NCAA rules.

Why attend AJ's Field Hockey Camps?
AJ's Field Hockey camps will provide quality and personal attention by top Field Hockey Coaches and NCAA Collegiate Student-Athletes and Alumni.
Our Camp Coaches will provide quality instruction and personalized training. The goal of each camp includes preparing young players for playing at an elite level. Advanced skills will be taught so that every player can improve their game. Fundamental skills will also be taught so that basic skills of dribbling, passing, scoring, and defense can also be improved. Player development will focus around skill development, leadership development, communication, and field awareness.
Players to Coach ratio will be better than 12:1 and Goalkeeper to Coach ratio will be better than 6:1.
