Pregnant tenant now feels 100% more secure that her air in her home is clean!
The Los Angeles area, specially any areas with major, roads, traffic, or nearby Freeways/ Highways, will be more prone to having dirty air enter the home and circulate in the duct systems.
That's why it's so important to get your air ducts cleaned on regular schedule. Central LA will probably be a little bit dirtier than surrounding areas, but not necessary places like the Valley, as the dry dust gets into homes and circulates through the H-VAC systems as well!
Thus, regular maintenance is best!
We didn't get an after-shot of this one, but we will of future ones so you can see the difference once it's cleaned!
