Objective 1: Performing a complete chemical characterization (by GC-MS-FID, LC-TOF-MS, NMR, others) for the organic fraction in fine aerosols collected in Iasi urban area to aid value in the mass closure balance since up to now there is suggestion that, for example, for the fraction in the 381 nm range ~45% from the total mass is not yet accounted (similar behaviour in other ranges)
Objective 2: Undertaking, as a first attempt, of an appropriate source apportionment by estimating the source contribution and determining the chemical composition of each source, in order to identify the role of the biogenic and anthropogenic sources contribution to the urban atmospheric background burden of organics in fine aerosols in Iasi area.
