At this time we do not need any more translators, but feel free to fill out this form and we'll save your information in case more are needed in the future.
We're extremely grateful for your interest in helping to translate this course. This is such a unique opportunity to share learning around the world - and to make it as global as possible we're using dotSUB so that volunteers like you can translate the lectures into many other languages. It's the same service that TED uses to translates their talks.
You should be fluent in English and at least one other language. Translations will require a regular weekly commitment of at least one, and possibly two or three hours (depending on the length of the lectures and the number of translators in your language.) Each lecture will be available to translators for several days to a week before it is publicly posted.
Depending on the number of students who volunteer for each language there may be more volunteers than needed. If you don't hear back from us thank you for the offer of help!
Volunteers will receive credit as translators in the forums as well as on their final statement of accomplishment
