Membership

The membership of the association is open to any person of repute and good conduct who has attained the age of maturity and fulfills the terms and conditions of the Association without discrimination of religion, caste, colour or creed but subject to the approval of the Executive Committee.

Admission and Qualification for Membership:

Any qualified person, who intends to become the member of Association shall apply.

There shall be following categories of members:

1. Patron
2. Fellow
3. Life Member
4. Member

LIFE MEMBER

A person eligible for membership or existing member, may opt for life membership on payment of a subscription of Rs. 8,000/-.

MEMBER

Any regular or ex- employee, inducted in Group 'A' or above in the Government approved University/ College/ Institute, working in the field of Computer or IT may be admitted as member on payment of prescribed registration fee and subscription.

Subscription of the Membership:

1. Admission fee: Rs. 2000/- at the time of joining (including first year subscription).
2. Annual subscription: Rs. 600/-
3. Lifelong membership fee: Rs. 8000/-
   1. The subscription shall be for the period from 1st April of any year to 31st March of the subsequent year, irrespective of date of admission of a member.

Note:

As per Memorandum of Association, all the income, earning, movable, immovable property of the association shall be solely utilized and applied towards the promotion of its aim and objects only set forth in the memorandum of association and no profit thereof shall be paid or transferred directly or indirectly by way of dividends, bonus, profits or in any manner whatsoever to the present and past member of the association or to any person claiming through any or more of the present or past member. No member of association shall have any personal claim on any movable or immovable properties of the association or make any profit, whatsoever by virtue of his membership.
