The client wanted a 3D printed fidget toy.
The idea was for the fidget toy to resemble one of the buildings in the client's hometown.
The fidget toy was designed to look like that specific building.
The design features a green box shape that represents the front part of the building.
The box shape is supported on four legs, even though the actual building has more than four support structures and is on top of another building.
The whole part is 3D printable where each body marked by different color can be printed seperately and then assembled post printing. The Fidget has two play mechanism. The rolling cylinders shown red and the sliding cubes shown blue.
There is also a snap-fit mechanism, designed to allow joining of the complete box (green and grey part of the box).
Blue sliding cubes on the fidget toy have restrictor mechanism that prevents them from falling over when they are being slid or moved.
