The client wanted a 3D printable friendly case for calculator.
To make the case printible, it was 3D designed in such a way that it had 3 parts, the top part shown in black with holes for the keypay. The back part enclosing the display screen shown in white and the bottom part also in white to fix the circuit board.
Important design features in the model are snap-fit joint mechanism and threaded holes to fix the circuit board.
These joint mechanisms allows the three part to be printed seperately and assemble them together post printing.
