The RADON project team proposed a DevOps framework for creating and managing microservices-based applications that can optimally exploit serverless computing technologies. This framework was “crash-tested” in the development of 3 different applications, which included fine-grained and independently deployable microservices that can efficiently exploit FaaS and container technologies.
The objective of the project was to create a Cyber Range extension for conducting cyber defense exercises to improve the capabilities of Critical Infrastructure Providers to protect the society against potential threats arising with the use of emerging technologies, such as the Internet of Things and next-generation mobile connectivity technologies.
