In the year 1860, the eighth of December at four in the morning in Brenets was born to Christian Pierre Aeschliman permanent agriculturist in Brenets, originally of Langnau at the age of forty-two; and to his wife Julie, born Roulet at the age of twenty-eight, originally from the Sagne and the Bridges, living in Brents, a male child to whom has been given the first name Samuel, paternal grandfather Jean** Aeschlimann, paternal grandmother Marie*** Maguerite Von Gouten; maternal grandfather August Houlet, maternal grandmother Marie, born Stachli. The present act has been drawn up on the declaration made today before you, Ali Cartier, Civil State Officer of Brenets by Christian Pierre Aeschlimann, father of the child, in the presence of Sanuel Bauschert, wax maker at the age of thirty-three end of Eli Toubin, carpenter at the age of forty, witnesses required living in Brenets and has the informant of the witnesses signed, this act will be shown to us after this reading is made--
