VK3BHR LC Meter Project - MK.II

While I have had a BK Precision 2704B multimeter for years, I needed an inductance meter as well. After some investigation, I decide to build the Digital LC Meter Version 2 developed by Phil Rice VK3BHR. I built it exactly as designed, though I used a slightly larger console box and added a switch to control the display backlight. Having the ability to measure capacitance and inductance with the same instrument is a bonus.
