2019 RUME Conference at OK City

Feb 28-Mar 3, 2019 Kevin, Irma, Biyao, and Halil went to the 2019 RUME Conference at Oklahoma City, OK.

Irma presented two talks related to her dissertation study. One presentation is entitled "The Role of Multiplicative Object in a Formula" and the other one is entitled "Using a Dynamic Geometric Context to Support Students’ Constructions of Variables."

Halil presented some interesting data from our research group. His presentation is entitled "Generalizing Actions of Forming: Identifying Patterns and Relationships Between Quantities"

Biyao presented the results of a literature review she conducted for her dissertation study. Her presentation is entitled "Construction and Application Perspective: A Review of Research on Teacher Knowledge Relevant to Student-Teacher Interaction"
