Keep in mind that your insurance company is handling your case against other insurance companies and that they will have to deal with opposite case. Of 3 000 victims’s cases, only 1 in 10 end up in a court of law when 9 over 10 end up with a reparation that represent half of what could have been obtained.

That is why insurance companies do prefer and always seek package deal. It’s therefore absolutely mandatory to ask for the support of a professional who will be able to handle such case and engage in a legal process when necessary.
