October 2012 - present.Occubuzz v1 was launched as a web quiz for World OT Day 2012 . Version 2 was launched at the COT conference 2013 as an app. It can be downloaded from the App store or Google Play.See Sarah and I being interviewed: http://bambuser.com/v/3677155The fun application, which can be used by anyone, is designed to help users think about what they do and how it makes them feel. It aims to help the wider public achieve a better occupational balance in their life.
The ‘app’ draws on Occupational Science principles that what we do affects how we feel and that by encouraging occupational balance - the right amount of occupation and the right variation between occupations - we can achieve a feeling of wellbeing.
