My Unique Leadership Journey

Bronze Pathway

• • I hade a unique Bronze Experience.

  • After a lot of persistence and some extra work with Ericka I completed my Bronze requirements.

  • However, I still learned the same principles,

  • I learned that a good leader should not give up on their group even when the group has. A good leader inspires.

Silver Pathway

• • The silver challenge was an unexpected experience but enjoyable experience.

  • I learned that though I can be a strong leader in task oriented scenarios I was not succeeding in helping to foster relationships.

  • Struggling through a situation where my leadership was at odds with that of another person in my organization helped me learn new things about my approach to leadership and relationships in general.

Leadership practices Inventory(LPI)

• • Gave me a lot of insight on my strengths and short comings.

  • Scored Higher in Model, Inspire, Challenge.

  • Did not score as well in Enable and encourage.
