A Collaborative Endeavor
Regina Pickeris the mastermind behind the festival this year! She suggested that the Kelly's bring the work they created for their Affinity tour to Vienna. Regina coordinated with Palais Kabelwerk and the group set a date. She then invited RAW MATTERS to engage. When tossing out ideas for the name of the event RAW WORKS: ADaPT surfaced. Looking at what was emerging the decision was made to go with the flow of RAW MATTERS: ADaPT Festival Vienna.

ArtBarkArtBark (formerly SonneBlauma Danscz Theatre) organized the ADaPT (A Dance and Physical Theater) Festival in Santa Barbara, CA USA in 2011. It is here that the company connected with ADaPT artist Regina Picker. Envisioning a Festival not confined to a single city or a single country the vision expanded to embrace the Festival occurring in other cities and other countries. Ist der Mastermind hinter diesem Zusammentreffen! Sie schlug den Kellys vor, ihre Arbeitent dieses Jahr nach Wien zu bringen und lud sie ein, eine Show zu teilen. Regina Picker koordinierte einen möglichen Termine mit Palais Kabelwerk und fragte Raw Matters, ob sie den Event in Ihre Programmschiene aufnehmen würden. Im Hin- und Herüberlegen für einen Event-Titel kamen wir auf RAW MATTERS: ADAPT Fest Wien. Wir dachten warum nicht?

Palais Kabelwerk bietet ihren Ort für Präsentation der Arbeiten der lokalen und eingeladenen internationalen KünstlerInnen und bietet damit eine großartige Möglichkeit der Vernetzung.

ArtBark (ehemals SonneBlauma Danscz Theater) organisierte das ADAPT (A Dance and Physical Theater) Festival in Santa Barbara, CA USA im Jahr 2011. Bei diesem Fe3stival lernte Regina Picker die OrganisatorInnen des Festivals kennen. Die Idee entstand, das Festival nicht in einer bestimmten Stadt oder in einem einzigen Land zu veranstalten, sondern den Event auch in andere Städte und andere Länder zu bringen. ArtBark trägt organisatorisch dazu bei, Werbematerialien zu entwickeln, eine Website zu erstellen, Pressematerialien zu entwickeln und bringen ihre Kretivität im Rahmen des Festivals in Wien ein.
