Hiring and Costs
Tariffs and hiring/booking details are as follows:
08.00- 23.30 Monday to Friday
Main Hall £18 per Hour
Rear Hall £17 Per Hour
08.00 – 23.30 Weekends and Bank Holidays
Main Hall £20 Per Hour
Rear Hall £18 Per Hour
The halls are in regular use on most weekdays and consequently early enquiries are recommended to avoid disappointment. Weekends are typically less heavily booked.
Rates are hourly. The halls can be hired separately or together. Due to the size of the car park we sometimes may not be able to hire out both halls to different users.
Discounts are available for regular weekly events.
The halls may not be hired outside the hours of 08.00 - 23.00.
Please advise the Bookings Secretary if you intend to use professional caterers since they will require sole use of the kitchen because of food hygiene regulations.
The Committee has appropriate public liability insurance cover but cannot arrange hires cover for specific activities which hirers might arrange, Prospective hirers are strongly advised to consider obtaining cover for activities with high risks such as the use of trampoline/bouncy castle and the like.
We are happy to arrange for you to view the hall by appointment ONLY! You are not permitted to enter the hall at any other time. This is due to safeguarding of the vulnerable groups who use the hall.
