Donation Software
Donations and Expenses is an Excel based solution to assist with counting your donations, preparing the bank deposits, printing annual donor receipts. And optionally the software can help you track your expenses, report your account balances and your Income/Expenses. I wrote this software for our small church in Pennsylvania more than 10 years ago. It worked so well for us that I began giving it to other churches. I created videos to show others how my software works. People like you found my videos and asked me for a copy to use at their church and other faith-based organization. So far I have given it to more than 1,600 organizations in more than 30 countries.
As you read through the User Guide, you will see that a lot of customization is built into the design. This includes the ability to change the currency and language. There are a set of parameters that you can adjust to customize this software for the needs of your church, non-profit or other faith-based organization. If you wanted to use this for Donations Only, then read the section describing the Parameters and you will see the one that will adjust the software so it hides the Expenses part and records your Donations Only.
The REQUIREMENTS for using this software are: the full version of Excel on PC or MAC (desktop version 2010 on PC, 2016 on MAC, or newer).). Note: It will not work with Excel online, on the Web, on smartphones, on iPads, on Chromebooks, or with Google Sheets, or Apple Numbers, or OpenOffice. Enjoy! ...Doug Leasure
