This video will cover the steps of upgrading Active Planner. The first step is to run the setup.exe to install the new version over top of the old Active Planner Network File Server Installation. The second step is to launch Active Planner on each client which will automatically run the new Client Workstation Installation. The final step is to use the Admin Tool to update the configuration. Connecting Open Integration to GL Data
This video will cover the steps of using the Active Planner Open Integration and connecting it to the General Ledger data. The first step is to define the Configuration Information, which includes the Chart of accounts format, Fiscal Year definitions, Balance Codes. The second step is to define an import script for the Chart of Accounts and another script for the Actual Balances.
