Widget - Mie scattering
This widget allows you to calculate the optical cross-sections [extinction (Qext), scattering (Qscat), and absorption (Qabs)] of a homogeneous, isotropic, and spherical nanoparticle placed in a homogeneous medium using Mie scattering formalism.
Qext, Qsca, and Qabs are the efficiencies normalized to the physical cross-section πR2 of the nanoparticle.
