Workshop Description:
Imposter syndrome (IS) is a widely recognized phenomenon that is particularly common among women and people of color. People who suffer from IS fear being exposed as frauds and feel unworthy of their successes. In this session, we will define IS, identify elements of an IS Cycle, develop strategies to manage IS, and distinguish between IS and workplace issues. Participants will be invited to share their stories and thoughts about how to defeat IS.
