Organizational Management has an object-based design. We have objects here e.g Organizational Unit, Position, Job, etc. Then there are relationships between objects e.g. Position belonging to the Org unit has A-003 relationship. Finally there are infotypes where these objects and their relationships are stored. This all meets the requirements of OM for providing a comprehensive time-specific view of the organization structure coupled with flexibility of evaluation and analysis of OM data.
