How to Save & Share the Inquiry Log Template

1) Log in to your NEISD Google Drive account:

Username: Novell login + @stu.neisd.net

Example: tdiaz8375@stu.neisd.net

Password: nexxxxxxx where x is your ID (7-digit) number

Example: ne0948375

2) Click on the Inquiry Log template image below:

3) Click on the USE THIS TEMPLATE button in the upper LEFT corner:

4) Click on the TITLE of the Template in the upper left-hand corner:

5) Change the TITLE of the TEMPLATE to YOUR NAME

Example: Teresa Diaz

6) SHARE the template ONLY with your ACL TEACHER:

Click on SHARE in upper right-hand corner:

Start typing in your ACL teacher's email address in the ADD PEOPLE box:

MAKE SURE to select CAN COMMENT (see image below)

Make sure to click SHARE & SAVE (see image below)
