Ans - Presentation Software helps us to present our collected information in effective way to a large group with the help of text, image, audio, video and animation. For example - Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slide etc.

Q 2 - What is PowerPoint Presentation?

Ans - PowerPoint presentation is a collection of slides which contains information regarding any one topic.

Q 3 - What is Slide?

Ans - Each page in powerpoint presentation is called a slide.

Q 4 - What are Themes?

Ans - Themes lets us change complete layout of our presentation. They are applicable on whole presentation (all slides).

Q 5 - What are Transitions?

Ans - Special effects when one slide switches to another are called as transitions. They are applicable on single slide.

Q 6 - What are Animations?

Ans - Special effects on individual element(like text, image, audio, video etc.) inside a slide is called Animation. They are applicable within a single slide.

Add new slide

1) right click on above slide

2) menu open

3) click new slide

Start Slide show

1) Go to slide show tab

2) Click from beginning
