Annual General Meetings
The 5th Saffron Walden Scout Group is an excepted charity adhering to the rules of the Charities Commission of England and Wales. To abide by the rules we are obliged to produce an annual report and hold an Annual General Meeting within 6 months of financial year end to present the finances and other details of the running of the group. You may find current and (in the future) past AGM documentation below.
AGM 2021
The Group AGM will take place via Zoom at 7pm on 28 June 2021. The Annual Report, Section Reports and proposed Group Constitution are available to view through these links. Attendance is open to all members of the Group Scout Council. If you wish to attend the AGM please email gsl@5thsaffronwaldenscouts.org.uk.
