Organization/Vendor Sign up

Over the past 12 years this event has raised over $16,000 for local organizations. In addition, each year, our Pacific Islander participant rates have increased. We have witnessed families come out for the first time to a 5K and we were happy to see many returning participants. In 2013 we welcomed community based organizations & vendors to be onsite.  We would love to have you join us.   There is NO CHARGE for organizations to participate however, any/all items you would like to give in support of the event are greatly appreciated. 

 We ask that all vendors selling goods make a donation of 1 case of water along with donation of goods/services or monetary, that will be used as 5K Prizes, raffles & or to support event expenses.

If you are interested in tabling/vending at this event. Please complete the Registration/Sponsorship form below.  Space is limited. Please register by October 30, 2023.  In order to receive all possible exposure for your sponsorship commitment, we ask that you submit your logo via email to samoansolutions@gmail.com as soon as you are confirmed.

What time should I arrive for setup?

07:00am

How long should I plan on being onsite?

We ask that organizations/vendors stay onsite for the duration to the event. (0700-1:00pm)
