2014: The Winter of SNOW, SNOW, SNOW

Isn't snow beautiful as the morning sun makes it glisten?

My solution to being "snowed in" several days seemingly every week this winter was learning, creating, and sharing. The snowstorms blew in many new PINS on my Folded Fabric Christmas Ornaments to Make and my Christmas Ornaments to Make Pinterest boards.

When the roads were passable I ventured out in search for "just the right fabric" even though I had plenty of holiday fabrics in my stash. Judge for yourself if you agree that the "right" fabric does make the ornament. My critics favored deep, rich colors with gold accents instead of the brighter reds drab browns.

For ornaments that I actually made I created pages complete with photos and tutorials either as online links or attached files. Some, however, are only available through books which I found at my local library.
