KJV Bible Fractal

The above image displays an unmistakable pattern in the inadvertent publishing-industry-standard number of chapters in the Protestant Bible.

There are three indisputable numbers related to the bestselling book of all time, the Protestant Bible, which is itself based on the King James Bible, the first publishing phenomenon in human history, thanks to the invention of the Gutenberg Printing Press. Due the standardization of the printing process, these three numbers are permanently associated with the book more commonly known as the Bible.

66 Books

1189 Chapters

31,102 Verses

Each one of these numbers are interrelated in a fashion similar to a mathematical fractal—a repeating pattern with self-similarity. This page deals with the first two numbers 66 & 1189 and how they are related to one another and to other important mathematical patterns found in the Bible. The overall pattern of these three numbers, I call the KJV Bible Fractal, although the patterns can be found in any Protestant Edition of the Bible.

The most mathematically important of these three numbers is the number 1189. This is because the 1189 is highly integrated within the foundational math of the famous square triangular numbers, numbers that are both squares and triangular. These numbers are famous because they are both exceedingly rare and yet strikingly important to the overall discipline of mathematics. This is due to how these are numbers are produced via the equally important Pell Numbers and the continued fraction that converges to the square root of two (see below).

The number 1189 appears to have been selected specifically as the most perfect representative of this infinite spectrum of mathematics. Its relationship to the square root of two seems to be a reference to the two covenants, the Old and New Testaments, the largest division of the Bible.

The most stunning aspect of the number 1189 is how it can be configured as a hexagram (star number or centered dodecagonal number) based on the square-triangular number of 1225 the third such number. Due to the rapid acceleration of arithmetic of these two interrelated number series (OEIS:A001110 & OEIS:A001109) it is believed that this is only square-triangular composition that has this pattern or anything remotely like it.

Moreover, since the 1189 is the square root of the 5th square-triangular number, it means that all features of 1189 will be reproduced by the square function. This means that the fifth square-triangular number (1,413,721) is in fact a star of stars, or (1633 - 37 x 12) x (1633 - 37 x 12) is: 1189 x 1189 = The 5th Square-triangular number. This is highly consistent with the patterns seen in Genesis 1:1, where the sum 2701 can be represented as a star of stars (37 x 73).

One of the most important discoveries in recent years was Leo Tavares' T(148) Proof. This is the most basic proof of the S/O Theorem—that the Standard/Ordinal alpha-numeric denominations of the Bible are irreducibly integrated. This is to say that the triangle that holds the Genesis 1:1 triangle T(73) is T(148) which is the sum of the ordinal alphanumeric of Genesis 1:1 times thirty-seven (298*37 = 11026). And this triangle itself, is held by the 298th triangle, the representing ordinal of Genesis 1:1. This triple progression of figurate geometry (the T(148) Proof), simply put, is impossible to explain without resorting to higher power.

The purpose of studying the publishing-standardized numbers is to demonstrate their mathematical connection to the already established patterns seen in the Text itself. This then produces an Irreducible Integration of the math, where the patterns and proofs of one, mutually reinforces the other. For example, numbers like 1189, are a fact of human history yet undesigned by human agency, this designation can then apply to the math within the Text itself and forms a chain of logic.

This chain is based the square triangular-number T(49) that forms the basis of the Chapter-Star of 1189 which also forms the basis of the T(148) Proof.

This is because T(148) is not just a triangle, but a nonagonal-triangular number, numbers produced by multiplying the triangular-numbers times 9 and adding 1. This means that T(148) is composed of nine T(49)'s around a center-point. When we analyze the decomposition of the 1225 into 888 and 337, we find that the 888 portion (referring the name Jesus in Greek) creates the 37th Star, i.e., (9*888 + 1) = Star(37) = 7993.

This extends the T(148) Proof into the Standardized Publishing Proof. This then demonstrates that the mathematical patterns seen in the first verse of the Bible AND the publishing numbers seen in the Standardized Protestant Bible are part of the same chain of proof.

Or simply put:

The large and small features of the Bible are impossible to explain without resorting to a higher power.

The Great Star of the Bible

The study of the number 1189 is the study of the number chapters in the KJV Bible, which is based on the Masorectic Text and Textus Receptus, both of which are the Control Sample for biblical mathematics. This study has produced not only new math but a new discovery in the specific math of the square-triangular numbers, one of the most famous series in the history of mathematics.

Every other square triangular number is a nonagonal-triangle. These are triangles that are produced by multiplying a normal triangular number by nine and adding one. Nonagonal triangles are the major focus of study in the discipline because only nonagonal triangles can produce hexagrams, or c.12-gonal numbers, one of the primary maths in the Bible.

Because the number of chapters in the KJV Bible control sample is the 5th base number for a square-triangular numbers, it means it is also the basis of the 2nd square-triangular star number, numbers even more rare than square-triangles! A quick analysis of this star-configuration shows that it is highly integrated with the math of the Bible, including the 3360, the Genesis-Matrix-Average from the 25 Million Names of Jesus in Genesis 1:1.

√2 and the 1189 Chapters of King James Bible

(KJV1189)

The following math (figured out by Leo Tavares) makes way too much sense to be a coincidence:

OT + NT = 929 + 260 = 1189 Total Number of Chapters in KJV Bible

1189^2 = (929*1189) + (260*1189)

(9 + 2 + 9 + 1 + 1 + 8 + 9) + (2 + 6 + 0 + 1 + 1 + 8 + 9) = 66 Books of the Bible

(9 + 2 + 9 + 1 + 1 + 8 + 9) = 39 = Number of Books in the Old Testament

(2 + 6 + 0 + 1 + 1 + 8 + 9) = 27 = Number of Books in the New Testament

The significance of the number of chapters in the KJV has long been a mystery to the biblical mathematics community. The fact that it fractals with the 66 books in such a perfect fashion shows that these numbers are not random but somehow, in some way engineered, by a Being that Christians are all too familiar with. However, the real nitty-gritty of the math connected to the number of chapters (1189) is very much related to a much smaller number, the square root of 2.

Why 2?

Because there are TWO TESTAMENTS in the Bible, the Old Testament with 929 chapters and the New Testament with 260 chapters, hence the square root of two. That may sound overly simplistic, but trust me when I say that there is nothing 'simple' about the square root of two. This is how an omniscient transcendental mind might reference the idea of two testaments, i.e. the two covenants, the law of Judaism and the grace of Christianity, unified in a single operation—the square root of 2.

But no matter how important the math is, it always must pass the primary test of biblical mathematics, which is probability theory, because this is the same modus operandi of science. This is a fancy of way of saying that biblical mathematics is the 'Search for Improbability'. Which is an awkward way of saying: We look for the really, really rare. So the question you must always ask yourself is: How rare is this math?

1189 when squared is a triangle: T(1681)

1189 when squared is a triangle made of triangles: T(15) x T(153) + 1 = T(1681) OEIS:A226389

1189 when squared is a triangle made of triangles that are doubly triangular, i.e., 15 & 153 are both triangular numbers.

1189 when squared is a triangle made of a factorial-double-triangle T(15) = 5! and a sum-factorial-double-triangle 1!+2!+3!+4!+5! = 153

1189 when squared is a triangle whose perimeter is a factorial: perimeter T(1681) = 7!

1189 is the only squared-triangular number that is the sum of the odd cubes up its initial Pell Prime factor:

13 + 33 + 53 + 73 + 93 + 113 + 133 + 153 + 173 + 193 + 213 + 233 + 253 + 273 + 293 = T(1681)

1189 is the least integer that is central polygonal number in exactly 29 ways. OEIS:A279830

1189 is the only number whose prime factors (29 x 41) are a Pell Prime Pair convergent to Sqrt(2), whose primes are consecutive lesser-twin-primes A001359, consecutive lonely-twin primes, consecutive Hamming twin primes A205511, consecutive Sophie-Germain primes A005384, consecutive Ramanujan primes A104272 and which are the indices of prime Pell numbers A096650

1189 = 29 x 41 is the last Pell Prime Pair under 63 Billion to make a square-triangular number.

That's how rare it is... .

29 x 41 = Adonai x Elohim = Lord x God

(Hebrew Ordinal)

The King James Bible (KJV) is probably the most important and influential book ever printed in the history of the human race. Even from a secular historical perspective the cultural and geopolitical impact of the KJV can still be felt today. It is far away the most successful edition of any book in the history of publishing. Although there are today many versions and translations of the Bible, the KJV is very much the fountainhead of the bestselling book of all time, in all languages and across all cultures.

So... did God have anything to do with all this?

And if so, does He leave a signature in the math?

The above image shows how the 66 books of KJV can perfectly separated into the two testaments of the 39 books of the OT and the 27 books of NT. This pattern is about as perfect as a geometry can come, if said geometry were trying to symbolize the concept of a Christian Trinity. It is, in total, a triangular number T(11), that when delineated into the largest division of the Book, displays a hidden triangle of triangles, corresponding to 3 x 3 x 3 or 3^3. This is the third triangular representation of the famous Sierpinski Fractal.

Recently, NJA Sloane (the world famous mathematician) and founder of the world's scientific-mathematics database, the OEIS, published my discovery of how the Sierpinski Fractal is the solution to a 2,000 year old mathematical mystery, first written about by the ancient writer Nicomachus of Gerasa Νικόμαχος (circa 100AD), known in math circles as the Nicomachus Triangle. See illustration of the Stirling Numbers of the 2nd kind and Sierpinski half-hexagon towers.

So is there a fractal in the King James Bible?!

It would appear so...

The configuration to the left is what happens when you take the 66 books of the KJV Bible and try to make them fit, like a fractal, into the 1189 chapters of the KJV Bible. When you highlight the OT39 books the total comes out to 703, the 37th triangle and one of the primary patterns seen in the Genesis 1:1.

The corresponding number in blue (486) is the number of a famous anagram in the Greek New Testament, the anagram of Father Pater and Rock Petra, a name which Christ gave unto Peter, the leader of the disciples. Using Greek gematria of the day, both these words sum to 486.

Could this be a coincidence?

Let's see what happens when we isolate this complex geometry one more time.

By following the basic outline of this fractal we can produce another of the most important name/numbers in the Bible, the name of Israel, the tenth hexagram or star number and the 100th prime.

This configuration is not haphazard but in fact part of a regular mathematical series known as centered-18 gonal numbers, which display a wide variety hexagonal figurate patterns, each one highly suggestive of Judaeo-Christian symbolism.

THE HEXAGRAMMIC DYNAMIC

Much of the math that we see in the original alphanumeric texts that produced the modern Bible, conform to what I call the 'Hexagrammic Dynamic.' This geometry is idealized in that of the star-numbers or hexagrams (see Star Maths) which represent the equilibrium of two opposing triangles. This union of triangles that produces the famous Star of David is famously symbolic (in the literature of ancient religious thought) of the balance between two opposing forces or what is now referred to as the union of all opposites. This symbolism has a very real mathematical analog in the figurate geometry of various important numbers series, all related to the merger of two triangles, see illustration below.

This is the Hexagrammic Dynamic that we see so often and even appears in the chapter-structure of the whole Bible, in various manifest ways seen on this webpage. The image below shows the evolution of the dynamic, as it touches upon some of the most important numbers series in math.

What's the connection to the 1189?

29 x 41 = 1189 = Total KJV Chapters

929 = prime = Total KJV OT Chapters

89 = prime = Total Chapters of the Four Gospels

The numbers 29, 41, 89 and 929 and 1189 are all joined triangular numbers or n + (n + 1)^2

Sigma(n) stands for the sum of the divisors of a given number. Hence sigma(31102) = 1+2+15551+31102 = 46656

(OEIS:A000203)

RIGHTLY DIVIDING THE WORD OF GOD

Hexagrams are (obviously) 6-sided figures. This focus on the number 6, that we see in the KJV1189, makes even more sense, when you realize that the number of verses in the Bible (31,102) was designed to reveal a staggering 6-fold mathematic (in the most 6 number that is (and I don't mean 666)) I am referring to 6 to the 6th power. And this can seen referring again to the 6 of the 6 days of creation and the first perfect number the number 6.

The number 46,656 is the Sigma-value for 31,102. In math, sigma means sum, and it also means important. The sigma-value for any given integer is only second in importance after the prime-factorization of a number. So Sigma(31102) can be seen as an extension of the NT27 pattern because 33 x 123 = Sigma(31102) or 27 x 1728 = 46,656. This is naturally analogous to the 27 books of the New Testament times the dimensions of the New Jerusalem (12x12x12), described in the book of Revelation. This is also the first perfect number to the power of perfection (mathematically speaking) and the first real square-triangular number cubed (see below).

Sigma(31102) = The sum of the divisors of 31,102 are 1, 2, 15551, 31102 which equals 46656

OR

Sigma(KJV31102) = 66

Sigma(KJV31102) = 6 x 6 x 6 x 6 x 6 x 6

The number 1189 (from a biblical mathematics perspective) contains a whole of strong biblical connections. The image to the left is a configuration discovered by Bill Downey, which he calls Shield of David numbers.

They follow the formula of: 18x2 − 12x + 1

Here the x in the equation represents 5 for the name Jesus(391) and the x = 10 for the whole figure of Elohim squared (1681 = 41^2).

By taking each unit of the configuration as 29^2 you get the operative number in relation to the 1189 chapters of the Bible:

1681 x 29^2 = 5th square triangular number.

The star at the center of the configuration is the 10th (541) which is the sum of the Hebrew word for Israel.

The above illustration (to the best of my knowledge) is the first complete figurate mapping in history of an irrational number, i.e., √2 = 1.414213562....

The interaction with the KJV66 books of the Bible with the KJV1189 chapters of the Bible is unusual to say the least. But is not the most unusual thing about the number 1189, because the math of 1189 is exponentially rare. The secret of this number and why it is one of the rarest numbers yet studied in biblical maths, is found in its square:

1189 x 1189 = 1,413,721

Any number can be squared so is it fair to include the square of a number or is that just cheating the math?

The answer to that question is if and only if that specific square function is directly connected to a rare mathematically defined (and famous) quantity. In other words is 11892 an important feature in the body of mathematics? The answer is a BIG BIG YES. Because 11892 is the basic description of one of most rarified and famous patterns in the history of mathematics. This is easy to see when you realize all the famous mathematicians who have weighed on the subject, that subject being the PELL NUMBERS & the SQUARE-TRIANGULAR NUMBERS, based on the work of the mathematicians Leonard Euler, GH Hardy and John Pell. These are some of most famous patterns in math because of how they connect really rare objects like square-triangular numbers, and Pythagorean Triangles and ultimately the square-root of 2.

Why is the number 2 so important to math?

Think about it this way, in the vast infinity of all numbers, every other number is divisible by 2, i.e., HALF of all numbers are directly connected to the number two. The only number more important than 2 is the number 1 and that number is so important that basically nothing more can be said about it that isn't obvious and redundant. However, when you get to the number 2, things are not so obvious and nothing is redundant.

29 x 41 = 1189

41/29 ≈ √2

That last equation may seem dubious to you, but that is only because you are only seeing 1-part of the infinity of the equation. 41 over 29 is part of the continued fraction convergent to the square root of 2, where every new fraction brings you just a little closer to the full decimal expansion of the square root of 2. Hence: √2 = 1.414213562.... These are also then solutions to the famous 'Pell' Equation that goes back 1,000's of years, which is x2 - 2y2 = 1 or in this instance:

412 - (2 x 292) = 1

The Holy Spirit in Genesis 1:1

A Tetraset is a logical outgrowth of the S/O Theorem, and is the full fourfold sum of a Biblical name in Hebrew/Greek & Standard/Ordinal. The tetraset for the Holy Spirit is a particularly beautiful configuration touching both the Fibonacci Numbers and the alternating bi-pulsar star configurations.

A proper linguistic and theological translation of the Hebrew Ruach-Elohim, the Spirit of God (Gen.1:2) is obviously 'The Holy Spirit.'

The Holy Spirit Tetraset begins a triple transformation of the Fibonacci Numbers (F17, F18, F19) where each iteration has a strong concurrence and coordination with biblical mathematics and majors features of Genesis 1:1. As F17 transforms into F18 it becomes the 42nd centered triangle. As all centered triangles are composed of three subsequent triangular numbers, the final triangular number is the most important of that triplet.

The 42nd triangular number = 903 = 298 + 605 = Genesis 1:1 + John 1:1 (ordinal)

As all Fibonacci numbers are produced by adding the former number to the current number, we add F17 to F18 to get F19 (1597 + 2584 = 4181). The 19th Fibonacci number is famous in biblical math as it is the sum of the Greek from Mark 1:11, the spoken portion (God first words in the NT):

Mark 1:11

And there came a voice from heaven, saying, Thou art my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.

Σὺ εἶ ὁ υἱός μου ὁ ἀγαπητός, ἐν ᾧ εὐδόκησα = 4181

The 19th Fibonacci is also a number filled to overflowing with 37s and references to 37. This is because it is Rhombic-Matchstick Number (OEIS: A045944) or second octagonal number, which is one-half of any Star-Number. Leo Tavares has called this configuration the 'square-stars' on the OEIS listing. Unlike 1st octagonal numbers, 2nd octagonal match square and triangles perfectly evenly. So 4181 is 37^2 surrounding by four T(37)'s. You couldn't get any more references to 37 in this number even if you tried!

The square at the heart of 4181 is the sum of the original Hebrew from Genesis 1:2, the first occurence of the name of the Holy Spirit (Ruach Elohim).

And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. = 37^2

Genesis 1:1 (Hebrew Ordinal) can be seen as a simple cryptogram of Ruach Elohim (The Holy Spirit) that reveals the author of its inspiration, i.e., the Holy Spirit 'inspires' the Word of God.

In Gen. 1:2 (the very next verse) we encounter another sacred name of God and one referenced even prior to Yahweh. This is the Spirit of God or Ruach-Elohim or 'The Holy Spirit'. This name and its topological double transformation is perfectly integrated in the math of Genesis 1:1.

This is indeed the first Trinity-transformation, where 3 objects are mathematically and semantically united in one, which is the 3 in 1 of the Trinity and another classic example of Jenkins Containment.

The above illustration demonstrates that the total chapters of the Bible can be neatly divided in two—joined by a single chapter. That chapter happens to be the 595th chapter or Psalm 117, the shortest chapter in all the Bible, with only two verses. What's really stunning about this, is that every letter of the shortest chapter in the Bible has a perfect letter-average of 37. So that little dot in the middle is filled with 37s!

The primary proof of biblical mathematics is Genesis 1:1 and its ubiquitous pattern repetition throughout Scripture. So a fourfold replication of the pattern in the chapters is perfectly in keeping. What's more this is where the most important math most likely will be found. And found it is, in the three of the most prominent places in all of mathematics, the decimal expansions of the irrational number pi (ratio of the circle) phi (the Golden Ratio) and e (the natural logarithm).

The first 262 digits of each of these have the first digital sum conjunction where each 262 decimals sum to 1192 (298 x 4). This sort of conjunction is very rare, so rare we don't know how rare, except that this is the only such triple-conjunction under 50,000 decimals of each expansion!

We can add in the important irrational gamma (or Euler's Constant or the Euler-Mascheroni constant) to these three (262 decimals of gamma = 1192) making it a perfect quartet corresponding to four-times Genesis 1:1. But perhaps the most astonishing math is pure Three-Seven Code of the highest caliber:

37th prime + 73rd prime, divided by 2 = 262

157 + 367/2 = 262

This is to say that our mysterious 262 anomaly that spans the first 50,000 decimal places of the most important numbers in science: pi, phi, e and gamma is the perfect average of the 37th and 73rd prime. Let that sink in. That's like finding the name 'Jesus' written in the geography on the dark side of the moon. It is a divine fingerprint the likes of which we have never seen before, and will likely never see again. It's beyond perfect, it's terrifyingly and precisely perfect.

What's more 262 is the geometric opposite of 298 using a star-hex grid.

1189^2 = 260*1189 + 929*1189

The Prime Pell (29) is stupendously important in these maths, e.g., 41/29 ≈ √2 & 29*41 = 1189. Both 29 & 41 are a Pell Prime Pair, which are the denominators and numerators of the continued fraction convergent to the square root of 2. Both of these numbers are also consecutive members of (OEIS: A028387) or a(n) = n + (n+1)^2. This are easy to explain: take a number, square it, and add to it the number before.

4 + 5^2 = 29

5 + 6^2 = 41

What happens when we use this same formula for our magic prime number 29?

29 + 30^2 = 929

Now let's try the number 33.

33 + 34^2 = 1189

These numbers are all the square roots of serial multiplication (i.e., BIG NUMBERS) see (OEIS: A062938) hence:

4 x 5 x 6 x 7 + 1 = 841 = 29 x 29

5 x 6 x 7 x 8 + 1 = 1681 = 41 x 41

The last one is related to the index of square triangular numbers as 1189^2 = T(1681)

29 x 30 x 31 x 32 + 1 = 929 x 929

33 x 34 x 35 x 36 + 1 = 1189 x 1189

The above equations are based in the fact all serial multiplication of four consecutive integers plus one is a square number. The majesty of the division of the number of chapters between the Old and New Testament is based on the same math only one arithmetic step higher. Now instead of 4 serial multiplications we use eight serial multiplications (OEIS: A239035 see the 29th entry) which are always the difference between squares, i.e., x^2 - y^2, a pattern eerily similar to the Pell Equation. So the division of the OT and NT is made manifest in the square of the square triangular base number of 1189^2:

29 x 30 x 31 x 32 x 33 x 34 x 35 x 36 = 1,220,096,908,800

Or One trillion, two hundred twenty billion, ninety-six million, nine hundred eight thousand & eight hundred. (American Math Numbers)

Look carefully and you will that the integers being multiplied is the union of the former two equations for 929 and 1189. Now we plug in the very basic formula of the difference between squares or x^2 - y^2 for the multiplication for all eight serial numbers. So the division of the chapters of the Bible between the Old and New Testament is based on the above math of serial multiplication as cross-indexed with the Pell Numbers pursuant to the square root of 2, i.e., the two-testaments. So the division can only understood in the square of the number of chapters which is 1189.

The KEY FEATURE of the division of the chapters of the OT and NT is that the total number of chapters is determined by the square of the chapter of the New Testament. Let me repeat because it is a staggeringly fact. The principal mathematical operation involved in the number 1189 is the square function, because 1189 x 1189 is one the very rarest of numbers a square-triangular number. These numbers are fundamental to the infinite fraction that produces the square root of two. So it is in the square of this number that we should naturally look for the division between OT929 and NT260.

Hence: 1189^2 = (260 x 1189) + (929 x 1189)

Now here is the important part, the 929 chapters of OT is based upon the square of the number of chapters in NT. This is the same sort of proof that we see in the Starbox Bible configuration, where the number of verses in the NT determines the features of the geometry of the verses in OT. Recall from above:

29 x 30 x 31 x 32 x 33 x 34 x 35 x 36 = 1,220,096,908,800

There are 260 chapters in the New Testament and 29 + 30 + 31 + 32 + 33 + 34 + 35 + 36 = 260

929*1189 = The Square root of [260 x 260 + (29 x 30 x 31 x 32 x 33 x 34 x 35 x 36) - 1]

OR

(929*1189 - 1)^2 = 260 x 260 + (29 x 30 x 31 x 32 x 33 x 34 x 35 x 36)

OR

It is the solution to this equation 929*1189 = n^4 + 14*n^3 + 63*n^2 + 98*n + 29, where n = 29.

NOTE: the numbers 29, 41 and 929, which feature so prominently in this math, all happen to be prime-indices of prime Pell Numbers. What so important about that? It is because A) Pell Numbers are really important. B) Prime Numbers are really important. AND C) All Prime Pell Numbers will always have a prime index! This is what you might call 'primary'.

The two illustrations above demonstrate how the square of 1189 somehow appears to 'know' that it was destined to be in the Bible... .

This is all to show that the chapters of one Testament are logically locked within the mathematics of the other Testament. One is dependent on the other. This is what the scientists of the Discovery Institute and Michael Behe the author of Darwin's Black Box first called Irreducible Complexity. The mathematician William Dembski has written several books on the matter and formalized the argument as Specified Complexity in his book NO FREE LUNCH. This is to prove, against high improbability that the division of the chapters of the Bible are not random but engineered.

The question throughout all of this (from a skeptical perspective) is how does the dumb-number 1189, know that it is produced by the addition of 929 + 260? What I mean by 'dumb-number' is that supposedly the number 1189 is a byproduct of the inadvertent forces of history, i.e., it's totally random. So it is dumb because it cannot, under this paradigm, know the fact it is the sum of the chapters of the OT and the NT. However again and again, it appears to know that these two numbers are integral to its makeup. The word 'know' here is a clear reference to design inference. Now a clever person may realize that 1449 is 1189 + 260 and thereby then deduce a possible arithmetic behind the stella-octangula configuration, seen above, but this does not answer the question, this only begs-the-question.

Begging the question here means to offer up an apparent solution that only superficially pretends to answer the question, by hiding it within another question. Unfortunately, many in the science-community all too often use this line of faulty reasoning. Like when faced with all the fine-tuning issues related to life on planet earth, Carl Sagan resorted to the idea that perhaps super-intelligent aliens designed human beings. (Read Contact) This is classic begging of the question, because obviously the next salient scientific question should be: 'BUT WHO DESIGNED THE ALIENS!?'

The Golden Ratio of the Chapters

The numbers involved in the math also contain an integrated Golden Ratio mechanic, which means they can all be produced by applying phi and its reciprocal (opposite) 1/phi. For example, our numbers 29 and 41 are the 4th and 5th numbers according to the formula n + (n+1)^2 (OEIS: A028387), where n = 4 produces 29 and n = 5 produces 41. Both of these numbers can also be produced by multiplying the n-value by phi and its reciprocal, by employing this formula which has additive constant of (can you guess?) the number 2!

a(n) = (n + 2 + 1/phi) x (n + 2 - phi)

phi or (φ) = 1.618033989...

1/phi or 1/(φ) = .618033989...

N=4 & N=5

(4 + 2 + 1/φ) x (4 + 2 - φ) = 29

(5 + 2 + 1/φ) x (5 + 2 - φ) = 41

That is: (6.618033989) x (4.381966011) = 29 and (7.618033989) x (5.381966011) = 41

Try this yourself on your calculator, because that is the amazing math of the Golden Ratio and not coincidentally it is implicit in the construction of the chapter structure of the Bible. By this fact we can say that the same mechanic we see everywhere in Nature, known as the Golden Ratio, is also found expressly in the large-scale structure of the best-selling book in history, the Bible.

(29 + 2 + 1/φ) x (29 + 2 - φ) = 929

(33 + 2 + 1/φ) x (33 + 2 - φ) = 1189

That is: (31.618033989) x (29.381966011) = 929 and (35.618033989) x (33.381966011) = 1189

The remaining 260 chapter of the New Testament are simply a process of deduction:

[(35.618033989) x (33.381966011)] - [(31.618033989) x (29.381966011)] = 260

The 89 chapters of the Four Gospels also follow this pattern:

(8 + 2 + 1/φ) x (8 + 2 - φ) = 89

(10.618033989) x (8.381966011) = 89

Many Questions Remain—Many Puzzles Left to Solve

It is my belief, that at the time of this writing, this math is the best mathematical analysis of the Chapter Structure (KJV1189) of the control-sample for the Text. However, these are only the first glimpse of the grand puzzle and how the pieces fit together. Most of the structures we see in Biblical Math are best called 'Multiplex-Puzzles' because they are puzzle pieces that fit many different puzzles! This is what makes Biblical Mathematics, at the same time so incredibly intriguing and ridiculously frustrating!

Below is an example of how one might begin to solve one of these monstrous Multiplex-Puzzles. The only puzzle that is anywhere near complete is the 66 books of the Bible (which quite frankly is the beginner's puzzle). The intermediate puzzle is the 1189 Chapter Multiplex Puzzle. What we would like to see is how the remaining pieces of the puzzles fill out according to the Conjoined Triangles of 595 + 595 - 1. And if they fill out according to the ancient Hebrew groupings of the Tanakh, like the Major and Minor Prophets.

My underlying suspicion is that there are multiple ways in which these puzzles can be assembled. As far as the Advanced Puzzle of the Text (the KJV31102) don't even ask, because it is 3-dimensional and has 24 different phases and will most likely require massive networked computers to even hope to solve!
