New Years Crepes

Every New Year, we have gotten together with friends and family and Dad has made stacks and stacks of these. A delicious tradition!

1 ½ cups milk

2 Tbs. butter, melted

3 eggs

2 Tbs. sugar

1 ¼ cups flour

pinch of salt

1. Place all ingredients in blender or mixer and beat well. Let batter stand

one hour for more perfect crepes.

2. Have pan heated enough so that water will bead on it. Take the pan off the

heat to add the batter directly into the center of the pan and quickly roll

the pan about so that the batter covers the bottom. If it is too thick, add 1

tsp water.

3. Enjoy with any filling!
